Although, to some extent, it went against conventional medicine, I considered that food sensitivities actually do exist and that I may have one
I did an elimination-challenge diet and found that I was very sensitive to dairy and gluten. Removing these foods from my diet and replacing them with other whole-food options was a challenge, but significantly improved my health
I now offer a simpler method of discovering if an individual has a sensitivity to food, because I know how much of an impact it can have on one’s health
