About Erin

Through her own personal goals of lifestyle change, Erin discovered a passion in nutrition and went on to receive her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics at James Madison University. During school, Erin helped educate others on how to improve their lifestyles by becoming a nutrition counselor and personal trainer in the university's health club. Further studies include clinical and community based nutrition programs at Loyola University, Chicago where Erin had the opportunity to work with an array of populations in a variety of settings.

Erin started her consulting business over a year ago and provides both clinical and nutrition counseling services. When it comes to advice, Erin practices what she preaches and truly enjoys the benefits a healthy lifestyle can provide. She is an avid runner, biker and hiker and has explored the ways in which nutrition can greatly improve physical performance. She recently completed her second marathon and plans to do more marathons and a variety of other road races in the future.
